Jackson phoned prior to attendance. He arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and efficient and clearly explained the process involved, what was required and all my options. He completed the work quickly and checked if I had any further queries. Have to say overall excellent service.

Just advising you that the repairs to/replacement of broken pipes and drainage issues affecting the kitchen, laundry and bathroom were completed today by Omran and the team. Such a professional and effective job done. It would have been hard work as large tree roots had to be dug out before the new pipes could be laid. Progress was explained to me each day by Omran so I knew what was happening and the team were punctual and on site at the times given. Everything was cleaned up so I didn't have to do anything myself. It is such a relief to have this work finally completed and I can't thank Omran and the team enough.

The Reactive team led by Jackson did a great job with the relining of part of our sewer and went above and beyond our expectations with the installation of our new toilet ( by Johan) with all the challenges of a small area and an extended waste. Were prompt, informative and very clean and tidy. Cannot praise enough.

My gas hot water decided to pack it in this morning after 24 years. After ringing a few plumbers from my collection of fridge magnets and unsuccessfully getting an urgent booking, Reactive plumbing was able to book me immediately within the hour. One of their guys Jackson came. He explained everything clearly and also gave me the best options based on our budget as these things don’t come cheap. Johan provided an exceptional service. Was prompt, courteous and gave great explanations of the possible causes of my leaking shower and hot water system. Also gave clear options to deal with these issues. Fixed both to great satisfaction and left my bathroom as clean as a whistle. Would highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication and speedy turnaround from the office to get the job started (blocked drain that turned into a relining of a cracked pipe) and then completed when it turned into a bigger job. There were 5 different guys that came to site over two days, and to a man they were polite, chatty, and efficient. Not often these days does one run into a business that clearly makes the effort to train their guys in good customer relations. I'll be keeping the number in my records for future plumbing issues.

Matt did a terrific job, such a well mannered young man, I like mostly his attention to detail. If I ever need another plumbing job I will call Reactive.

We had a really strange leak and it was hard to understand where it was coming from. Matt from Reactive plumbing turned up and worked with his team to track the leak down using some interesting techniques and fixed it. Fixing it was not straightforward, as access was tricky and there was some hard yakka to get to the offending pipe. I was very happy with the outcome of the job (44792).

Billy was on time, kept me informed on every step of the job. He was very polite and helpful, I have no hesitation in recommending him and his firm 😀😀

Jackson was polite, friendly and unctual. He provided several costing options and explaned each option clearly to us to fix the plumbing issue we were having. He also offered to fix it on the same day if that option was available to us. Jackson was efficient in the work he did and cleaned up his mess. Best part of his service was at NO stage did we feel obligated to choose the 'most expensive option' or feel pressured to move forward with having it fixed that day. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Reactive Plumbing were great. They were so friendly and professional from the first interaction. I had a backed up sewer system and Lachie arrived on time and was very professional, he found multiple cracks and tree roots in the system which ran under the house, he provided multiple options to fix my system. I decided to choose a less invasive option of pipe relining. Orlando and Josh arrived at 7am and didn't leave till 8pm, they were so friendly and clean. I would recommend reactive to anyone who needs plumber.

Max was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and gave us a choice of options to repair. And also cost of each option. He was on time and very efficient excellent clean and tidy work. Max is a very pleasant snd courteous young man.

Malik did an excellent job in fix our blocked kitchen drain (Job No 47835). He also provided great explanation on how it happened and how it can be prevented in the future. He also helped looked at other plumbing issues in the property such as the heating system, issues with taps and provided quotes for them. Keep up the great work Malik and for sure will recommend the company to my friends.

From the moment I spoke to a very helpful, pleasant receptionist to the completion of the days work, I was incredibly impressed with the service of this company. I had continual updates of the arrival time for KHAINE throughout the day. In my opinion Kahine did a marvellous job in correcting our problem. He was respectful, diligent, persistent and extremely competent in his work ethics and I believe he is a valuable member for this company.
