We recently had team members Jaidyn, Fin, Stuart and Ben attend in relation to a significant plumbing problem. From the initial inspection and assessment, through to rectification work, each team member completed their specific task in a very professional way. We were most impressed with their work ethic and their obvious care to ensure each stage of the project was finalised to a high standard. All 4 team members had impeccable manners, were very well presented, excellent communicators and were outstanding representatives of Reactive Plumbing.

It was raining so heavily & we had water pouring out of our house drains so we were a bit distressed. Reception found us availability & had Fynn to us within a few hours. The initial issue was dealt with then a few days later he returned to complete. The equipment used was so effective - unbelievably he found a can in the drain with a 2017 expiry which made sense why we had one of the issues for soo long ! Thanks again. I recently contacted Reactive plumbing to fix the problem with two of our toilets which we identified as having slight leaks. We had been notified by the Gold Coast Council that our water usage had increased, so this was the first step in addressing this problem. The plumber, Logan notified us when he was 20 minutes away and I was impressed by his enthusiasm to not only repair the toilets but how he systematically tested all of our taps and appliances, in order to find out why we were using excess water. He finally identified a valve that switches from underground tank water to mains water, was faulty and that our pool was being topped up with mains water instead of our underground tank water. During this exercise, we found the pump itself and the float assembly had come to the end of their life cycles. Logan prepared a quote on site, which was very reasonable and competitive. The toilets were fixed immediately and the other parts for the pump, valve & float were ordered and the job completed within 7 days. Logan conducted himself professionally at all times and his workmanship was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reactive Plumbing for any work relating to plumbing and drains. This was my first experience using Reactive Plumbing and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. They listened to my needs, made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of, and communicated this well. They were on time, left the job site clean and tidy and the work looks fantastic. Their magnet is on the fridge and will be the first place I call if I need more work done.

Very probably the best and most professional company we have ever dealt with. The staff we dealt with including Finn who did our initial quotation and Chad who did the actual storm water drainage installation should be congratulated on his professionalism, care and attention to detail. Chad did a brilliant job and we couldn't be happier with the result.

We're so impressed with the service and staff of Reactive plumbing, (5 ⭐+) from the first phone call, as we had an emergency water leak coming from upstairs, that we couldn't work out how or where it was coming from, to their attitude and response to come out asap. Matt came did a detection leak found the issue, went through our options, explained everything with the most amazing attitude and he was a delight to have in our home doing the work. He is a superstar!! Can we adopt him 😂😂😂. This is the first time I have used Reactive Plumbing after a recent issue with my stormwater pipe on one side of my property. Reactive were extremely communicative, scheduling times to meet with me and sending sms messages the evening before to confirm times plumbers would be on site the following day. The work was performed in a very timely manner. Chad, the plumber sent to do the work, was hard working, communicative and a very nice guy to deal with. He went above and beyond to ensure the work was done properly and without delay. When the work was completed, Chad conducted a thorough clean of the work area - that side of my house hasn’t looked that clean and tidy in years. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend Reactive and Chad.
