I recently contacted Reactive plumbing to fix the problem with two of our toilets which we identified as having slight leaks.
We had been notified by the Gold Coast Council that our water usage had increased, so this was the first step in addressing this problem.
The plumber, Logan notified us when he was 20 minutes away and I was impressed by his enthusiasm to not only repair the toilets but how he systematically tested all of our taps and appliances, in order to find out why we were using excess water.
He finally identified a valve that switches from underground tank water to mains water, was faulty and that our pool was being topped up with mains water instead of our underground tank water.
During this exercise, we found the pump itself and the float assembly had come to the end of their life cycles.
Logan prepared a quote on site, which was very reasonable and competitive.
The toilets were fixed immediately and the other parts for the pump, valve & float were ordered and the job completed within 7 days.
Logan conducted himself professionally at all times and his workmanship was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Reactive Plumbing for any work relating to plumbing and drains.
