I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication and speedy turnaround from the office to get the job started (blocked drain that turned into a relining of a cracked pipe) and then completed when it turned into a bigger job.
There were 5 different guys that came to site over two days, and to a man they were polite, chatty, and efficient. Not often these days does one run into a business that clearly makes the effort to train their guys in good customer relations. I'll be keeping the number in my records for future plumbing issues.
